What brands do you print on?
Parilexx t-shirts are printed on a variety of shirts that 100% manufactured in the USA.
How do I know what size shirt to order?
Each product page has links to sizing charts. Refer to these charts or the charts below and any special instructions given per product.
How do I take care of my new shirt?
We want you to have your shirt in great condition for as long as possible! So our suggestion is to turn the shirts inside out, machine wash cold, and hang dry. You can tumble dry low (if possible).
Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?
Of course! Subscribe to the Parilexx newsletter, follow us on twitter, like us on facebook. We post updates about our products as well as occasional sales and specials.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
We typically process your order within 2-3 business days.
What is your return policy?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with original tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping back the item to us. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or lost return shipments. If you would like to return an item please contact us with your name and reason for return.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is just $5.00 within Canada, $2.00 each additional item. $5.00 to the United States, $2.00 each additional item. For those who don’t live in the U.S or Canada? Not a problem at all! We can ship worldwide for just $7.00, $5.00 each additional items. The best way to determine your shipping cost is to add your items to the cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders (Canada) should arrive within 3-7 days. Foreign orders will take 7-12 days but please allow up to 3 weeks for arrival (sometimes more).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally to almost all countries. Orders shipped outside Canada are subject to custom duties specific to the destination country. Parilexx is not responsible for these fees.
